In collaboration with our partner, Schilt Engineering, we can design and set up your entire plant, from the crane track to the cutting installation and from the stirrup benders to the welding installation. By reviewing the entire layout and logistics with you we can provide you with just the right advice and look after the entire installation of any plant, ranging from the small to the gigantic.
A brief summary of our product range is as follows:
- Stationary cutting and bending machines up to Ø40 (at 850 mm2);
- Double bending installations up to Ø40 (at 850 mm2);
- Small-scale cutting and bending plants (potentially incorporating your own existing machines);
- Large-scale cutting and bending plants for large production quantities;
- Stirrup benders, single or double headed;
- Wire reels, with or without their own drive;
- Welding benches, complete welding installations;
- Special machines, client-specific (stacking machines, special cutting-off machines, etc).
If so desired, the complete routing of the iron bar/roll from its beginning to its transformation into the end-product is first reviewed and a drawing of the production hall's layout is then prepared. This process is designed to optimise production while anticipating your plant's specific production needs. Since the entire production process is in our own hands, we are able to respond rapidly and flexibly to your needs. Furthermore, in case of any failures, our own service department provides rapid onsite response.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Dierckx Automatisering we can provide you with solutions for preparing rebar detailing estimates using the rebar detailing estimation software developed by this company (also see www.dierckx.info). Simply put: this software is fast, easy to use and comprehensive:
- Windows software program that is easy to learn;
- Prints labels, in colour if desired;
- Shape generator to create your own shape types and a bar shape library;
- Invoicing, waybills;
- Cutting losses, rebar bending mandrel, can be adjusted to 4 x its weight by diameter;
- Time recording (person-day register);
- Exchange of e-mail between projects.
