Stationary rebar cut- and bending machines
Stationary cutting machines, bending machines and stirrup benders for reinforcing steel, for rebar workshops, steel fixers and construction. From Ø4 mm stirrups to cutting up to Ø64 mm and bending up to Ø60 mm, on 230 V or 400 V. The bending machines are also available with two bending speeds and programme control. How to choose the right machine. Capacities apply at R=650 N/mm², for one bar, two or three at once.
Cutting: the MSC34-E on 230 V (1 × Ø28, 2 × Ø20, 3 × Ø16 mm), and on 400 V the MSC38-E (1 × Ø30), MSC44-E (1 × Ø34), MSC56-E (1 × Ø48) and MSC74-E (1 × Ø64 mm).
Bending: the MSB34-E (1 × Ø30), MSB38-E (1 × Ø34), MSB44-E (1 × Ø38), MSB54-E (1 × Ø44), MSB56-E (1 × Ø46) and MSB74-E (1 × Ø60 mm). With programme control the machine stores bending shapes with up to 20 bending angles.
Bend stirrups in large numbers with the MSB16 stirrup machine (up to Ø16 mm) or the programme-controlled D24LP (up to Ø20 mm). Cutting and bending in one machine is possible with the MSBC25-32-E, MSBC32-36-E or MSBC40-46-E combi, and curves with a radius are made on the MSR-35 radius bender (Ø10 to Ø32 mm).
Accessories, such as a stand with pedal, a roller table or a stop magnet, are available too. The bending machines are also suitable for balusters and fencing parts.
